During this retreat we will focus on getting to know and connecting with each of the 4 elements Earth, Air, Fire & Water using ritual, nature walks, chants, sacred movement, divination, meditation, creating, storytelling and sharing of experiences.
We will explore some practical lessons aimed at helping you to gain a deeper understanding of the elements and their connection to your physical, mental and spiritual self. We will discuss the magickal properties, types of magick, tools and correspondents that are ruled by each element. We will create a representation or sacred tool for each element. We will also share with you how to use each element to cleanse and recharge yourself and much more…
Are you interested in the Goddess Hekate? Looking to deepen your understanding of Her mysteries and teachings, or hoping to connect with fellow devotees? Join us for a four-day retreat dedicated to exploring the wisdom, magic, and sacred traditions of Hekate.
Throughout the retreat, we will focus on connecting with Her through devotional practices, meditation, sacred dance, ritual, workshops, storytelling, and the creation of sacred tools.
Priestess Sandy Simpson and the Coven of Avalons Grove will share their decades of knowledge and experience through engaging lectures, discussions, and hands-on workshops.
Each day will offer opportunities for learning, crafting, spiritual practice, and meaningful connection with other Hekate devotees. In the evenings, we will gather around the fire to celebrate through ritual, share stories, and reflect on our experiences of the Goddess Hekate.
On the evening of the 9th, we will celebrate Hekate's Feast with a carefully curated menu inspired by Her sacred foods. Dietary accommodations will be available. Following the feast, we will gather in a beautiful outdoor sacred space to honor Hekate beneath the stars in the Crossroads ritual.
All workshop materials and the feast meal are included in the retreat fee. Participants are responsible for providing their own meals outside of the feast.
Water will be provided throughout the event.
